To obtain a paper to save it click the 8-digit number left to the title, the triptychon which opens gives you a collection of links to that paper. NOT complicated, problem solved ! | |||

You need:
XAMPP at get XAMPP
this is a development php environment running scripts on local pc.
install it into c://xampp directory
to start it click c://xampp/xampp_control.exe
click start at module "Apache"
you can open any files paperno.pdf stored in
c://xampp/htp/moremedpapers
by browser link to
http://localhost/moremedpapers/paperno.pdf
So you have to save your papers into
c://xampp/htp/moremedpapers (first time, create folder moremedpapers)
whereas paperno is the pmid number (or the pmc starting with C), so you have to change the original file name.
