lab: myeloma workup, free light chains, marrow biopsy, albumin-autoantibodies, cryoglobulins.

treat: independent of myeloma activity chemo, cases bone marrow transplant. heroic plasmapherisis.

case: rpgn as tma-like lesion, corneal(eye) deposits (img shown)
